Iliotibial band syndrome ?

Having had this this get in the way of my workouts over the years and also having had fantastic results using a foam-roller and good stretch routine, I was surprised to read this article. I came across this article on the MAP MY FITNESS blog (Originally from Mens Health article by Jill Jaworski).

When I use MapMyRide to track my bike routs and bike workouts, I get an email with a summary of my workout. That email contained links and that’s how I found this workout.

I have never worked out much with resistance bands, but I think that I am going to try this. Read “Cure This Common Running Pain”.
